Two Convicted For Trafficking Drugs In Multiple Counties

A pair of bay area drug dealers face very long sentences after being found guilty of trafficking methamphetamine through five counties, including Shasta. 64-year-old Donnie Phillips of Concord and 60-year-old Gordon Miller of Clayton were found guilty in federal court Wednesday. They supplied large quantities of methamphetamine to 51-year-old Phyliss Mosher of Vallejo, who then supplied to someone who turned out to be an undercover agent. Drug deals took place in Solano, Contra Costa, Yolo, San Joaquin and Shasta Counties.  Mosher pleaded guilty last May and was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison. Following their convictions, Phillips and Miller will be sentenced in May. They each face a mandatory minimum of 20 years in federal prison and could get up to life.
