Several men were set for arraignment on Tuesday for a violent crime spree they’re accused of committing last October. Jose Luna and two brothers both named Felix Ruben Ayala will appear in court Tuesday after one of the Ayalas was extradited from New York. The 3 are accused, along with other defendants, of the murder of 61-year-old Bradley Stephen Yoder at his house on Shasta View Drive, an attempted robbery with a shot fired at the Shasta Lake home of Brennan Tinsley, a home invasion robbery in the town of Live Oak in Sutter County, and the armed robbery of the Bare Roots Hydroponics Store on East Cypress Avenue.
