Anderson has sand and bags at their Corporation Yard on Barney Way at Mark Way. Redding and Shasta Lake residents must buy their own bags at a hardware store but free sand is available at Redding Fire Station Number 4 on South Bonnyview Road or the Redding Corporation Yard on Viking Way. Shasta Lake has a sand pile at Ashby Road and Flower Street behind the Old Mill Eatery. People need to bring their own shovels. Clogged storm drains in Redding can be reported to 224-6068 anytime. Downed power lines in Redding should be reported to 245-7000. Downed PG&E lines can be reported to 1-800-743-5000. Any downed electrical lines can also be reported to 9-1-1.
