Tehama County Deputies investigating a Corning trespassing ended up making two arrests for a burglary at a neighboring home. At 3:20AM Saturday morning deputies found 33-year-old Michael Rogers Jr. at an empty apartment complex on Sacramento Road in Richfield. Â He had items that the deputies suspected were stolen, and had an outstanding warrant out of Glenn County, so he was arrested. Apparently the property had been stolen from a nearby residence, which also was missing a Kubota utility vehicle and a chain saw, both of which were spotted by the owner. Evidence at the scene led also to the arrest of 45-year-old Jon Lareau.
