SINTF Agents Arrest Woman Who Skipped Out On Prison Sentence

A month-long investigation by Shasta Interagency Narcotic Task Force has just concluded with a few arrests, including a woman who should have already been in prison. Last Thursday 29-year-old Hunter Smith was arrested for maintaining a place where drugs are used after a search of his home on McComb Hill Road in Old Shasta. Several people at the house told agents it was a well-known place to hang out and do drugs. That led to a search warrant served Wednesday on Corner Way in Anderson. 61-year-old William Flowers was booked on several charges after the alleged discovery of more than two ounces of Methamphetamine. Agents then headed to a house on Riverview Drive in Redding, where 45-year-old Ryan Barrett had been staying with his father. He had an outstanding warrant and was allegedly in possession of almost an ounce of Methamphetamine and almost a half-ounce of Heroin. At around 9 O’clock Wednesday night SINTF Agents happened to spot 32-year-old Crissy Bruce driving through Redding. In April she was sentenced to more than 10 years in prison after being busted by Anderson Police in January for selling Meth while armed. She never reported her sentencing and was wanted. She was stopped on Liberty Street near Trinity. She allegedly had 5-and-a-half ounces of Meth, 9-and-a-half ounces of Heroin and $7900 cash. All the arrestees were booked into jail.
