Two Redding City council members were served with recall notices following Tuesday night’s meeting. A small but vocal group known as “Take Back Redding” say they are fed up with rising homelessness and crime in Redding. Kristen Schreder and Francie Sullivan were given notices because they are the longest serving members of the council. Once the paperwork is filed and certified the group needs to gather about 10,000 signatures to then set a date for a recall election.
