Yet another man has been sentenced after taking the bait on a Tehama County Internet underage sex sting. This time the arrest was inexplicably made by Tehama Interagency Drug Enforcement. An ad was placed on Craigslist by an undercover investigator posing as a 15-year-old girl seeking an older man. Brian Scott Murray found the ad enticing and during online communications he said he was interested in sexual activity with what he thought was the teenager. When he showed up at a rendezvous spot he was arrested. He’s been sentenced to 6 months in jail, 80 hours community service and 5 years probation.
