Drug agents busted a house off of Dersch Road Monday and made multiple arrests. At 8:30AM Shasta Interagency Narcotic Task Force with help from the CHP served a search warrant at a house on Mossom Lane about 500 feet from Prairie School. Officials say they found several unspecified items of evidence to indicate that drugs were being used and sold there. They didn’t say they found any actual drugs. 59-year-old Steven Michael Campbell and 55-year-old Kelly Jack Evans were arrested for maintaining a drug house. Also arrested were 41-year-old April Larue and 44-year-old Jeanie Larue. April was on Shasta County’s Most Wanted list and had outstanding felony warrants out of Shasta and Yolo Counties. Jeanie was living at the house with her 2 children. They were taken by child and family services and she was arrested for child endangerment because of what officials called “deplorable conditions”. Two other unnamed people were also arrested at the home on drug-related charges.
