An Oregon man has been arrested for an alleged DUI crash with injuries in Redding. At around Midnight Tuesday night 36-year-old Rusty Holder of St Helens, Oregon was driving a Toyota Tacoma pickup that belonged to his passenger, 60-year-old Janice Millard of Redding. They were westbound on Keswick Dam Road east of Profanity Lane when Holder lost control and the pickup left the road and collided with a power pole. Both Holder and Millard were wearing seatbelts and they sustained moderate injuries. Holder was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and felony DUI crash with injury.
