Red Bluff Police say a plea for help in locating a missing 33-year-old woman has paid off. Shastina Hepburn had last been seen on March 2nd by her family before she got in a cab and headed to the Greyhound Bus Station. She contacted her family from Eugene, Oregon a few days later but hadn’t been heard from since. KQMS and other media outlets reported on the search for Hepburn and within hours, Red Bluff Police started getting credible leads. With help from the sheriff’s office in Douglas County, Oregon, Hepburn was found Tuesday alive and well.
