A teenager was seriously injured by a hit-and-run driver Friday afternoon. At 3 O’clock the 15-year-old boy was on the sidewalk on North Court Street at Riverside Drive when a pickup truck jumped the curb and struck the boy. He suffered a broken leg and facial injuries. The truck was last seen heading east on Riverside. It was a late 90’s or early 2000’s dark blue or black Dodge with an extended cab and a short bed. The passenger side mirror was hanging off. Anyone who has seen the truck should contact Redding Police.
