Anderson’s Problem Oriented Policing Unit made four arrests during a raid of a house on New Year’s Day. Following reports of drug activity at the North Street house, a search warrant was served. Michael Santone and Kristy Frank were both arrested for possession of Methamphetamine for sale and maintaining a place where drugs are used, kept or sold. Penny Blue was arrested for allowing a tenant to maintain a place where drugs are used. Another man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
