The Redding City Council meets on Tuesday for the first time in more than a month. The meeting is modified for COVID-19 precautions. The only members of the public allowed inside the chambers will be those wishing to address the council on an agenda item, and only four people at a time may come inside. Comments can also be submitted by mail, email or voice mail. The meeting can be viewed on an internet live stream at cityofredding.org.
The Shasta County Board of Supervisors is also going back to closing their meetings to a live public audience. Their meetings will also be livestreamed, or they can be viewed afterward. Public comments can be phoned in during the meeting or sent ahead of time to firstname.lastname@example.org
