Evacuations were ordered in Red Bluff Monday night as a fire broke out in the area of Southridge Drive, Kimball Road and Montgomery Road. It started a little before 7 O’clock and forward progress was halted within about an hour. It burned about 4 acres and destroyed some vehicles and a large garage at Tehama Tire.
