A woman was caught by Red Bluff Police early Monday morning, allegedly while trying to kick in the door of a closed business. At 5:20AM officers patrolling the downtown area say they saw 48-year-old Stephanie Parken forcibly kicking a wooden door at Kanelas Cafe on Main Street. They say she seemed to be on drugs and had eleven outstanding arrest warrants.
