A Shasta County jury has found a man guilty of felony domestic violence charges from an incident that was captured on a doorbell video camera. The footage from April of this year shows 23-year-old David Fuentes attacking the mother of his children and kicking the rear passenger door of a car where his children were sitting inside. On Wednesday a jury convicted Fuentes of felony corporal injury to a spouse, for which he has a prior conviction, as well as felony false imprisonment and two counts of misdemeanor child endangerment. Fuentes will be sentenced in September and could get over 11 years in prison.
