Some Happy Valley farmers are very unhappy. The Clear Creek Community Services District, beset by drought, has curtailed or canceled water usage for its agricultural customers. Terrence Miley has a small Pecan orchard on Flowers Lane, but his water allowance is only enough for his home, not his orchard. Fines are being imposed and they increase substantially each month. The district will hold a meeting at 1 O’clock Wednesday at its offices on Oak Street.
