A couple of Redding residents have been charged with the sexual exploitation of children. Redding Police detectives get tips of such crimes several times a week from online companies and cyber tips through missingtips.org. On January 31st 37-year-old Clifton Wells was arrested at his Churn Creek Road home for possession as well as manufacturing of child pornography. 53-year-old David Baker was arrested at his Hilltop Drive home on Friday after several digital devices were seized from him in September.
